Ashleigh holds a Master’s in Nursing Leadership and brings over a decade of experience in healthcare leadership. She has distinguished herself in inspiring and transforming teams, effectively managing multiple departments, divisions, and leaders. Throughout her career, Ashleigh has developed extensive expertise in both people and program management.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ashleigh is a committed wife and mother of four. She is deeply committed to the belief that leadership has the power to transform lives, a principle that guides her in every aspect of her life. Whether at work or at home, Ashleigh is dedicated to creating environments where collaboration, trust, and excellence can thrive.

Linda Hughes, MA, BBA, AS

Linda hales from Michigan and lives in Georgia with her family.. She served honorably as a Security Police Officer in The United States Air Force in USAFE (United States Air Force in Europe) for almost five years. Her experiences living abroad for the first 8 years of her adult life have greatly impacted her ability to connect to and appreciate anyone from anywhere. She has an Associate’s Degree in Science, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Management and Leadership. Linda has over two decades of experience in Organizational Development and a background in Leadership that includes multiple industries; hospitality, collegiate teaching, faculty and student relations, retail management, finance and healthcare. She has worked with thousands of employees and leaders to build their self-awareness and confidence in the workplace and has conducted one on one coaching with dozens of front-line employees and managers who were integral and valued members of their company’s teams but needed additional soft skill development and support in their communication approach. Linda has over twenty years of experience presenting soft skill training topics like emotional intelligence, effective communication, exceptional customer service and stress management to name a few. She is a passionate and personable speaker who has presented to thousands of people in sales, human resources, finance, non-profit organizations and healthcare and genuinely believes that Everyone deserves great leadership.
