As a professionally credentialed coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Karen has amassed over 20,000 hours of coaching and training, guiding leaders across various industries to achieve exceptional organizational success.
Ashleigh Ford, MSN
Trainer & Facilitator
Ashleigh holds a Master’s in Nursing Leadership and brings over a decade of experience in healthcare leadership. She has distinguished herself in inspiring and transforming teams, effectively managing multiple departments, divisions, and leaders. Throughout her career, Ashleigh has developed extensive expertise in both people and program management. Beyond her professional achievements, Ashleigh is a committed wife and mother of four.
Linda Hughes, MA, BBA, AS
Trainer & Facilitator
Linda hales from Michigan and lives in Georgia with her family.. She served honorably as a Security Police Officer in The United States Air Force in USAFE (United States Air Force in Europe) for almost five years. Her experiences living abroad for the first 8 years of her adult life have greatly impacted her ability to connect to and appreciate anyone from anywhere. She has an Associate’s Degree in Science, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Management and Leadership.
